๐Ÿ“ฆ Orders

Track, manage, and fulfill your orders with confidence

The Orders page is the heart of your daily operations in Droplink.
This is where all orders from your connected Shopify stores come together โ€” clearly structured and fully automated.

Here you can:

  • Track every order in real time

  • See payment, fulfillment, and delivery status at a glance

  • Decide when and how orders are sent to the supplier

Once you understand this page, Droplink does most of the work for you ๐Ÿš€

๐Ÿ‘€ What youโ€™ll see on the Orders page

Every order shown in Droplink is imported directly from one of your connected Shopify stores.

For each order, youโ€™ll see:

  • ๐Ÿฌ The Shopify store it belongs to

  • ๐ŸŒ Shipping country

  • ๐Ÿ›’ Ordered product(s)

  • ๐Ÿ’ฐ Order amount (product + shipping)

  • ๐Ÿ’ณ Payment status in Droplink

  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ Fulfillment status

  • ๐Ÿšš Delivery status and tracking (once available)

If you manage multiple stores, donโ€™t worry โ€” orders are always clearly separated by store. Nothing gets mixed up.

๐Ÿ”„ Order statuses explained (important)

Each order in Droplink has three key statuses.
Understanding these makes everything much easier.

๐Ÿ’ณ Payment Status

Not paid
The order was imported from Shopify, but no payment has been charged yet.

Paid
Payment was successful. The order is ready for fulfillment or already sent.

Payment failed
Droplink tried to charge your payment method, but it didnโ€™t go through.
โžก๏ธ The order is not sent to the supplier.

Once you update your payment method, you can retry instantly.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Fulfillment Status

Not fulfilled
The order exists in Droplink but has not been sent to the supplier yet.

Fulfilled
The order has been successfully placed with the supplier.

Important:
โ€œFulfilledโ€ means ordered, not delivered.

๐Ÿšš Delivery Status

Waiting for tracking
The supplier received the order but hasnโ€™t shipped it yet.

In transit
The order has been shipped and tracking is available.

Delivered
The order has arrived at the customer ๐ŸŽ‰

Tracking numbers are synced automatically back to Shopify.

โš™๏ธ Manual vs. automatic fulfillment

Droplink lets you decide how much control you want.

โœ‹ Manual fulfillment

If auto-fulfillment is turned off:

  • Orders appear as Not fulfilled

  • You choose when to fulfill them

  • You can fulfill orders individually or use Bulk Fulfill

When you fulfill orders manually:

  • The order amount is added to your fulfillment threshold

  • Once the threshold reaches $200, Droplink charges the full amount

  • Paid orders are then sent to the supplier

Perfect if you want full control.

๐Ÿค– Automatic fulfillment

With auto-fulfillment enabled, Droplink handles orders automatically based on your selected interval:

  • Instant

  • 1-hour delay

  • 24-hour delay

  • Once per day

When the interval triggers:

  • Eligible orders are fulfilled

  • Amounts are added to the threshold

  • If the threshold is reached, payment is charged automatically

If a payment fails, orders stay safe and unfulfilled until the issue is fixed.

๐Ÿ“š Bulk fulfill explained

Bulk fulfill lets you process multiple orders at once โ€” fast and efficient.

How it works:

  1. Select multiple orders

  2. Droplink calculates the total amount

  3. The amount is added to your current threshold

  4. If the threshold reaches $200, the full amount is charged

Example:
Current threshold: $60
Selected orders: $250
Total: $310
โžก๏ธ Droplink charges $310
โžก๏ธ Threshold resets to $0

Clean and predictable โœ”๏ธ

โŒ What happens if a payment fails?

If a payment attempt fails:

  • Droplink automatically tries any additional saved payment methods

  • If all payment methods fail:

    • Orders are not sent to the supplier

    • Payment status becomes Payment failed

    • Fulfillment status stays Not fulfilled

Once you update your payment method, you can retry anytime.

๐ŸŒ Country & availability checks

Droplink protects you from shipping issues.

If an order comes from a country that isnโ€™t supported by the selected supplier:

  • The order is blocked

  • Youโ€™ll see a clear error message

  • The order wonโ€™t be fulfilled until the issue is resolved

No surprises. No hidden costs.
