Welcome to Droplink.

This guide will walk you through everything you need to get started — from connecting your Shopify store to importing products and automatically fulfilling your first orders.

You don’t need any technical knowledge. If you follow the steps below, you’ll understand exactly how Droplink works and what to do next.

What you need before you start

Before getting started, make sure you have:

  • A Shopify store (new or existing)

  • A Droplink account

Good to know:
👉 You can explore Droplink, connect your store, and research products without adding a payment method.
A payment method is only required when you want to fulfill orders.

Step 1: Connect your Shopify store

To import products and process orders, Droplink needs to be connected to your Shopify store.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Go to My Stores in Droplink

  2. Click Connect Store

  3. Log in to Shopify and approve the connection

Once connected, your store will appear in Droplink automatically.

If you change your Shopify store name later, it will be synced automatically in Droplink.
You can also connect multiple Shopify stores and manage them separately.

Step 2: Find products inside Droplink

Now you’re ready to explore products.

You can discover products through:

  • Product Research

  • Trending Products

All product data is pulled directly from our supplier network and updated regularly.

About Credits

Each search or filter action uses credits.
Credits are not money — they simply define how much you can search and analyze products each month.

Your available credits depend on your plan and reset every billing period.

Step 3: Add products to your Shopify store

When you find a product you like, adding it to your store is simple.

  1. Click Add to Store on a product

  2. The product is automatically imported into your Shopify store

Droplink links each product internally so orders can later be processed correctly.
You don’t need to copy anything manually or deal with product IDs.

After importing, you can edit the product in Shopify as usual (title, images, pricing, description).

Step 4: Set up payments for order fulfillment

To automatically fulfill orders, you need to add a payment method in the Balance section.

Here’s what happens:

  • You add a credit card or PayPal account

  • A small temporary charge is made for verification and refunded immediately

  • A fulfillment threshold of $200 is activated

Orders are collected and only charged once the total reaches this threshold.
This avoids small, frequent charges and keeps billing predictable.

Nothing is charged without an order being fulfilled.

Step 5: Choose your fulfillment mode

Droplink gives you full control over how orders are sent to suppliers.

You can choose between:

  • Instant Fulfill – orders are sent immediately

  • 1-Hour Delay – orders are grouped and sent after 1 hour

  • 24-Hour Delay – orders are grouped and sent after 24 hours

Once an order is fulfilled:

  • It is sent to the supplier automatically

  • Tracking information is synced back to Shopify

  • Order and delivery status update automatically in Droplink

You don’t need to place orders manually.

Step 6: What happens when a customer places an order?

Here’s the full flow, explained simply:

  1. A customer buys a product in your Shopify store

  2. The order appears in Droplink

  3. Droplink fulfills the order based on your selected fulfillment mode

  4. The supplier ships the product

  5. Tracking information is sent back to Shopify automatically

You can follow every step inside Droplink — from order creation to delivery.
